Song: Mosquito Song
You wouldn’t guess it from today’s featured track, ‘Mosquito Song,’ but the group “Queens of the Stoneage” is responsible for some of my all time favorite rock. My beloved blood brother, Chris, introduced me to this excellent band during our early teens with this album, “Songs for the Deaf,” and I’ve been hooked ever since. From dirty, to fast, to silly, and beautiful, this album really punches me in all the rights places.
