Easily my favorite cello metal band, Apocalyptica deeply rocked my world when I discovered them in my teens. I was blown away by their unique sound then and still absolutely adore their works today. While they offer up a diverse array of emotionally engaging tracks, I will always remember them for epic tracks like ‘Path’ (the instrumental version) and today’s featured track “Hall of the Mountain King.’ Sadly, I can’t vouch for some of their latest albums!
